Without trust as a foundation, all other desired team elements crumble. This foundational workshop explores what is trust, what happens without it, and identifies the perspective, behaviors, and tools to build it within your team.
[slide-left]Fixed + Growth Mindset [/slide-left]
Team members will discover heightened awareness around your own behavioral defensive patterns, conflict styles and how they can effect your mindset and what to do about it. We will learn how to recognize when fixed mindset is an issue and shift to a growth mindset.

[fade]Teams will dive deeply into a practical and radical approach to upping your public speaking game. We will look at what public speaking is, what it calls on, and discover for each of us what gets in the way of our confidence. Acting skills will be introduced and applied in real time to address challenges.[/fade]
